One of Shanghai’s most popular restaurants, Bohemia Original Beer Restaurant, has recently switched to Syrve’s all-in-one cloud platform to improve efficiencies, maintain operational controls and obtain greater insights.
The 400-seater restaurant is well known by guests for its signature cocktail, Cuban Mojito Cubano, and a relaxing cigar room on the second floor. The opulence takes root in its past of being part of a network of legendary Cuban restaurants La Bodeguita del Medio – favourite haunts of iconic figures such as poet Pablo Neruda and jazz singer Nat King Cole and sung about by Ernest Miller Hemingway.
The staff at the restaurant were trained in a matter of minutes and find Syrve highly intuitive and easy-to-use. In addition, Syrve’s built-in reporting functions, give the management team the ability to view and manage their data relating to finances, people, performance and stock in real-time. Now the team have a single version of the truth across all their processes.
The Bohemia Original Beer Restaurant automation project was implemented by specialists from Shanghai Asia International Business Consulting Co., Ltd, Syrve’s partner in China.
