Syrve is offering support to all UK food and beverage (F&B) customers forced to close their doors and unable to trade due to COVID-19 government intervention by suspending their software renewal payments during the period.
Boris Johnson took the extraordinary step of ordering pubs, clubs and restaurants across the UK to close on Friday 20/03/2020.
“These are anxious times, and everyone should be focused on staying safe and healthy, not worrying about their finances,” said Simon Dadswell, Syrve UK&I MD. “Restaurants, café’s, bars and pubs closed under the government lockdown are under tremendous financial pressure. Helping to reduce that stressor during this difficult period will go a long way, I think, to support our customers.”
As soon as customers resume trading after the government shutdown, Syrve will reinstate their cloud software subscription from that day forward with zero reactivation fees. Customers can choose annual or monthly PAYG plans to ease their ongoing cash-flow.

For customers continuing trade by offering Takeaway or Delivery service, Syrve will continue to support their software subscription by offering a range of features including: mobile delivery apps, delivery tracking, Deliveroo integration and open API for rapid integration with eCommerce platforms of choice, amongst others.
